I loved having such a short walk to Tower Bridge and the vibrant atmosphere around the area, also the bed in my room was heavenly, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of discovery. the staff were absolutely amazing, even accommodating my allergies without hesitation.

Had a blast at this spot! The room was super cozy and clean, with lovely cotton bed-linen that felt so nice. I also enjoyed the continental breakfast—it was legit! The location's fab, with easy access to pubs and attractions, but our view was kinda blocked by the neighboring building.

I asked for rooms close to each other with twin beds, but they separated us into different buildings since only one room had a twin. The lighting at the entrance is quite poor for accessing the closet, and on my last morning, I faced a frustrating 30-minute wait with no water in the bathroom. Additionally, considering sustainability, it would be beneficial to see refillable dispensers for soap and shower gel instead of those tiny plastic bottles.

The hotel offers great options for relaxing, like a tranquil spa and cozy bar. While the restaurant's menu could be a bit more varied, there are plenty of excellent places to eat nearby. 👍
